Geodesy might be found in almost every building process. We have been performing our surveying services for our clients for many years. We have experienced engineers in our team who can work with the newest equipment on the market. We have gained our experience by, inter alia, working on express roads constructions, performing survey services for PKP PLK and for many development investments.


MAPS FOR DESIGN PURPOSES

Almost every investment needs a building permit, such as: a small house, an industrial hall, technical infrastructure or expressway. If you want to gain a building permit you are obliged to submit land use plan, which cannot be created without a map for design purposes (the base map).

MAPS OF INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES

We create this type of maps at investors or architects request. During the process of creation of maps of industrial facilities we follow the guidelines given from a client and with reference to the purpose of investment. We measure as well underground as ground infrastructure. We also concentrate on elements which are not included in the base map. This type of work often includes an inventory of the inside of commercial facilities together with their original equipment.

SUBDIVISION OF LAND

We divide land properties for construction and agricultural purposes and those which require a decision under the ZRID Act. It is nothing more than a consent issued by the relevant public authority for the implementation of a road investment.

PROPERTY DELIMITATIONS

It is a procedure before state authorities which purpose is to determine the boundaries of a property in a situation where there is a border dispute or there is no other possibility of establishing or accepting the boundaries for the subdivision.

RESTORATION AND INDICATIONS OF BOUNDARIES OF LAND PROPERTIES

The restoration of border points involves the re-stabilization of damaged border points. It isbased on source materials taken from local Geodetic and Cartographic Centers.

STAKING OUT AND INVENTORY OF BUILDINGS

At the staking-out stage, the geodetic team carries out the elevation of all the characteristic points of the planned investment in the area including: the construction axes of the building, network breakpoints, architecture elements of land and height benchmarks used to precisely define the so-called zero construction and all other design elements which depend on the requirements of the site manager. Each time after performing the above activities the authorized surveyor makes an entry in the construction log.

POST-CONTRACT INVENTORY

As-built geodetic measurements are carried out after the completion of individual construction stages. The measurement includes newly constructed buildings, which include:
- underground utilities, i.e. gas, water, storm water drainage, sanitary sewage system, electricity.
- buildings,
- roads,
- permanent land development, i.e. maneuvering yards, parking lots, paths, pavements.

The result of the measurement is the preparation of an inventory map, which is one of the required documents included in the application for the permission of use for a given building object to the State Inspectorate of Building Supervision.

ROAD, RAILWAY AND RADIO LINES SURVEYING SERVICE

Our teams perform supervision over the construction, railway lines and radio lines process. We prepare regular, periodic measurements of the progress of works for settlements with the ordering party or to inventory the closing works. We synchronize our activities, i.e. staking out and inventories, with the construction schedule. We carry out measurements using direct methods: the GNSS RTK (GPS) technique, total stations and, depending on the needs, using the latest technology - unmanned aerial vehicles creating extremely accurate 3D models of roads, aggregate warehouses, buildings, etc.
